Personal data processed

This is a static showcase website: it contains no contact forms, no restricted areas, no registration or booking systems, and it does not collect data voluntarily provided by the user.

During normal browsing, the systems responsible for operating the website acquire certain navigation data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols: for example, IP address, browser and device type, operating system, date and time of the request, and pages visited. These data are processed at the infrastructure level by the hosting and content delivery network (CDN) provider for technical and security purposes and to produce aggregate, anonymous statistics on website traffic. They are not used to identify users or for any profiling activity.

Purposes and legal basis

Navigation data are processed to enable the delivery and proper operation of the website, to ensure IT security and prevent abuse, and to obtain aggregate, anonymous access statistics.

Navigation data are processed by the hosting and CDN provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as a data processor. This processing may involve the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, subject to appropriate safeguards (for example, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Any booking requests or contacts take place outside the website, via the venue's Instagram profile: the related processing is subject to the privacy policy of Meta Platforms.

Retention period

Navigation data and technical logs are retained only for as long as strictly necessary for the technical and security purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with the hosting provider's policies, and are subsequently deleted or anonymised.

Rights of the data subject

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, the data subject has the right to ask the controller for access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing and, where applicable, data portability.
